With the continuous temperature control of the chamber and products, homogeneous baking is ensured no matter what quantity you prepare using the provided sensor.

Vaccum core probe

The special 1.5mm diameter sensor allows you to check the temperature inside vacuum packaging without damaging it and its interior.

Baking stages

You can program the baking at different stages of temperature and humidity in order to achieve an even better result on the inside or even a super-rich crust.

Defrosting / Maintenance

With this function we can achieve uniform defrosting of our frozen products for immediate consumption without affecting the organoleptic characteristics

All our ovens, with the fully Greek touch menu, (version V7 only) offer the possibility to save your recipes. The oven already comes with dozens of them pre-installed.
